for this product is based upon the webmaster's number

this product on only ONE website. The webmaster
must pay an addition fee for each domain or IP address
that the webmaster places the content on.
3. This content is for placement
within the webmaster's password protected membership
area and is not to be resold or allowed access to
other Webmasters or marketing entities.

Flash Gold.com reserves the right to cancel
the content program at any time.
5. All copyright rights stay
with Flash Gold.com and are NOT transferred
to the webmaster client upon purchasing of the product
Flash Gold.com.
6. Flash Gold.com is not responsible
for any loss to the webmaster due to Flash Gold.com
down times, technical difficulties, network congestion
or Internet downtime.
7. Flash Gold.com reserves
the right to terminate relations with any client
account at any time and for any reason.
8. Flash Gold.com will not
permit spamming of any kind. Flash Gold.com reserves
the right to terminate any webmaster's account that
is determined to be spamming or sending any other
type of unsolicited promotions via e-mail, Usenet
messaging, or any other electronic means. The determination
of spamming will be at Flash Gold.com sole discretion.
