My credit card does not work with your site. Why is that?
A: If you card has been used fraudulently or if you recently refused
payment on another adult site in the past, then the credit card number
is kept in a negative database which refuses future transactions made
on that card.
Q:
I did not receive a welcome email that confirmed my membership. Why is
that?
A: You need to provide a valid email address when you signup. All
future correspondence is sent to that email address.

I lost my username and password. How do I retrieve it?

Q:
I signed up by phone. How much will I be charged? Will I be rebilled?
A: No. When you signup by phone, you will only billed once for
30 day membership. We do not provide trial memberships for telephone billing.
Q:
I purchased
a trial membership. Will I be billed?
A: You will be charged a low cost for a 3-7 day trial membership.
During this time, you have full access to the membership area to decide
if you like what you see. If you do decide to continue the membership,
you do not need to do anything. Your credit card will automatically be
billed the full membership cost monthly until you decide to cancel. Some
of our sites operate in a loyalty program. This means that after several
months, the membership will be discounted even further.

Once I cancel, will I be billed again?
A: No. Once the membership is cancelled, there will be no subsequent
billings.

A: Although we try to keep everyone happy, there are times when
there are compatibility problems with various internet browsers. Some
